What does office cleaning include?

We write your checklist at the site visit, so each plan fits the space. Most office plans cover these areas:

• Desks and work areas. We wipe desks, counters and shared surfaces.
• Floors. We vacuum carpets and sweep and mop hard floors.
• Washrooms. We clean and sanitize them, then restock the supplies.
• Kitchens and break rooms. We clean counters, sinks and tables.
• Meeting rooms and reception. We tidy the rooms clients see first.
• Garbage and recycling. We empty the bins and swap the liners.

We bring cleaning supplies as needed, and we use eco-friendly products by default. If your office wants a certain product, tell us at the site visit.

When do you clean offices?

We clean after hours or overnight. We are available 24/7, so we can work around any office schedule, including early starts and weekend shifts.

You pick how often we come. You can book a daily clean, or one or two visits a week. We can also set a custom schedule, such as a deeper clean once a month on top of regular visits.

Your staff walk into a clean office in the morning, and nobody has to work around a vacuum.

Who will clean our office?

Our team has more than 30 people. We send a crew of 2 to 5 cleaners, based on the size of your office. A small office may need two people. A larger floor plan gets a bigger crew so the work still fits inside your after-hours window.

We aim to send the same team on each visit, so your cleaners learn the space and nothing has to be explained twice.

What contract do we need?

You can choose month to month or a longer term. Month to month lets you try us first. A longer term suits an office that already knows what it needs for the year.

What should an office cleaning checklist include?

A good checklist splits tasks by how often they need doing. Here is one way to set it up:

• Every visit: empty bins, clean and restock washrooms, wipe kitchen counters and sinks, and vacuum or mop the busy floors.
• Weekly: wipe door handles, light switches and desk phones, dust ledges and clean entry glass.
• Monthly: clean inside the fridge and microwave, dust vents and baseboards, and wash floors in the quiet rooms.

We build your list with you at the site visit and change it when your office changes.

What should you ask before hiring an office cleaner?

Ask for proof of liability insurance. Ask if the team is covered by WorkSafeBC, and check it with a WorkSafeBC clearance letter. Ask if cleaners are background-checked, who brings supplies and whether you can start month to month. We say yes to all of these.
