The short answer: Cleanly Home Services is our pick for best overall post-construction cleaning in Greater Victoria. We clean for builders, contractors and homeowners after a renovation, day or night. If you're not satisfied with a clean, we come back and re-clean for free within 24 hours. For large builds cleaned in stages, look at Swept Space. For cleanup plus junk removal, Kind Hearted Company. For commercial buildings and new developments, Bright Clean. For homes after a renovation, Fresh Space Cleaning and Sparkling Sisters Cleaning. To book online, Maidless.
After our overall pick, we grouped the companies by the kind of job they suit. A builder handing over a condo block and a homeowner with a new kitchen want different things, so a single 1 to 10 ranking would not help either one.
Ratings, services and areas change. Check each company's site before you hire.
This is us.
Cleanly Home Services does post-construction cleaning anywhere in Greater Victoria and the CRD. We clean job sites for builders, contractors and developers, and we clean homes after a renovation. We are based in Langford.
We work around your build. We coordinate timing with your general contractor, and we clean during the day, in the evening, overnight or on weekends. We are available 24/7, so the final clean fits around trades and your handover date. Booking is quick: call or send the quote form. For commercial projects, we do a free site visit and quote.
Our team has more than 30 people, and we send reliable crews of 2 to 5 based on the size of the job. We remove dust in two passes, rough then fine. We clean interior windows and tracks, vent covers and floors, and we take off stickers, caulk and paint splatter. We are insured, WCB-covered and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked. If you're not satisfied with a clean, we come back and re-clean for free within 24 hours.

Swept Space takes post-construction jobs of any size, from large apartment builds to home renovations, per its site. It says this service is available 24/7.
Its page splits the work into stages. The first clean removes dust and debris and preps floors for finishing. The next gets the property ready for inspection and move-in. A last touch-up comes after the final trades leave. It also seals, waxes and buffs floors, and it works with restoration companies. It says every quote is given and approved before work starts.
Kind Hearted Company, which also uses the name Kind Hearted Cleaners, cleans new builds in Victoria with HEPA-ready equipment and filter systems, per its site. It says it can take away junk left on site, too. Before a job is done, a division manager comes by to inspect the work.
The company started in 2022 and says it now has more than 55 staff. Besides cleaning, its site lists junk hauling, window and carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and trades such as plumbing and electrical. It says its cleaners are background-checked and insured, and that it is WCB-covered.
Bright Clean is a commercial cleaner based in Victoria. Its post-construction page names commercial buildings, office spaces and newly developed properties. It says it cleans both the inside and the outside of a building after construction.
The work runs from debris removal and dusting to floor polishing and window cleaning. It also offers a free on-site evaluation.
Fresh Space Cleaning is a locally owned home cleaner based in Victoria. Its post-construction page says the service is for homeowners, contractors and property managers. The clean covers construction dust, adhesive, paint and sticker residue, the inside of cabinets, drawers and appliances, and light fixtures and vents.
It says every cleaner is background-checked, and that it is commercially insured. It prices by the home, not by the hour, and says it replies to quote requests within 2 hours.
Sparkling Sisters is a family-owned cleaner based in Langford. After a renovation, it cleans accessible surfaces, fixtures and floors. To quote, it asks for the address, size, project details, photos and your target date, and it confirms the scope and price before booking.
Its team has WorkSafeBC coverage, and the business is insured, per its site. It offers a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. Its area runs from Victoria and the West Shore to Sooke and the Cowichan Valley.
Maidless books cleans online in cities across BC, including Greater Victoria. You pick your home size and service, see the price, and choose a date. For post-construction work, its Victoria page says it uses HEPA-filter vacuums for fine drywall dust, plus products for grout haze on new tile and adhesive on glass.
It says each cleaner passes a criminal background check, an in-person interview and a supervised trial clean, and that its cleaners are covered by WorkSafeBC. If you contact it within 24 hours of a clean, it sends the cleaner back to redo missed areas at no charge.
