Eco Smart says it has cleaned commercial buildings in Victoria since 1997. Its site calls it a large-scale cleaner for property managers, government buildings and healthcare sites across Southern Vancouver Island. It runs programs that cover several sites across the CRD.
It offers 24/7 emergency cleaning, and it says every staff member is background-checked. Its staff hold Level 1 and 2 first aid and MEWP (Class 3 Type A) certificates, per its site. It is a family business, not a franchise.
Evergreen has done commercial cleaning across Western Canada for more than 40 years, and it says it has over 450 trained staff. Its Victoria page lists janitorial work, office cleaning, green cleaning, property caretaking, parking maintenance, supplies and security. That suits a property manager who wants one vendor for more than cleaning.
It says it uses ECOLOGO and Green Seal certified products. Its Victoria page also lists medical clinics, dental practices and physio offices.
Swept Space is a locally owned company that does commercial and home cleaning in Victoria. Its site says it specializes in cleaning health and dental offices. For a clinic, it starts with a walk-through and builds a checklist from it.
It also lists after-hours cleaning, janitorial work, strata cleaning and carpet care. Its floor service uses auto-scrubbers, buffers and burnishers.
Klinway cleans strata common areas in Victoria: lobbies, hallways, elevators, amenity rooms and parkades. Its strata page offers reports for council and monthly invoices. It says its crews are trained on strata standards, including fob access.
Crews are insured and WorkSafeBC-covered, and supplies are included. It offers month-to-month agreements. Klinway also works in Vancouver and Nanaimo.
Select Janitorial has served Victoria businesses since 1997. It cleans offices, commercial buildings, apartment and condo buildings, and post-construction sites. It is based in Victoria and also serves Duncan, Nanaimo and other Vancouver Island towns.
It runs ongoing programs and also takes one-time project work.
JAN-PRO Victoria opened in 2021. It is a franchise: local owner-operators do the cleaning. Its page says it serves both small local firms and large companies with many locations, and its service area runs from Sooke to Comox.
