What does commercial cleaning include?

Each plan starts with a site visit. We walk the space with you, note what needs cleaning and how often, and write it into a checklist. A typical plan covers:

We do not post commercial prices. Every quote comes from a walk-through of your space.

Who will clean my building?

Our team has more than 30 people. We send a crew of 2 to 5 cleaners, based on the size of the job. A small office may get two cleaners. A large building or a post-construction site gets a bigger crew.

Every cleaner is background-checked before they start. We aim to send the same team on each visit, so your crew learns the space.

What happens at the free site visit?

We come to your space and walk it with you. We look at the size of the space, the floors, the washrooms and how many people use it each day. We ask when the building is empty and how our crew will get in.

Then we agree on what we clean on every visit and what we clean less often, such as a deeper clean once a month. That list becomes your checklist, and the quote comes from it.
